Verge will be a Class A, 408-unit, fully amenitized, garden-style multifamily community within an opportunity zone in Goodyear, AZ. 29SC Development entitled the 20-acre site, began construction in October 2023 and will deliver the project in January 2025.
Sonita build for rent will be a Class A, 187-unit, fully amenitized, build for rent community within an opportunity zone in Goodyear, AZ. 29SC Development entitled the 20-acre site, began construction in October 2023 and will deliver the project in October 2025.
29SC Development is currently undergoing entitlements on a site known as Buckeye Commons in Buckeye, AZ. The project received full site plan approval in September 2023 and will begin construction on 408 multifamily units and Class A amenities in mid-2024 with delivery expected in the Spring of 2026.
Verge will be a Class A, 201-unit fully amenitized, build for rent community within an opportunity zone in Apache Junction, AZ. 29SC Development entitled the 20-acre site, began construction in May 2023 and will deliver the project in June 2025.
29SC Development delivered Maven on Broadway in April 2023. Residents of the 408-unit garden-style community have full access to a resort style pool with cabanas and a 20,000 SF amenity building which includes garage parking, 24-hour fitness, lounges, parcel lockers, and more. Maven on Broadway welcomed its first residents in the Spring of 2022.
29SC purchased the opportunity zone land and will begin construction on the 252-unit multifamily development in a revitalizing submarket of Sacramento, California. Construction will be completed in 2025. Located just two blocks East of Maven on Broadway, Maven on Fifth will be a Class A, 252-unit, fully amenitized, garden-style community within an opportunity zone in Sacramento, CA.
The Hayley is under construction on a Class A, 444-unit, fully amenitized, garden-style community adjacent to a new 1.2MM SF Class-A office complex in Sacramento, CA. The complex will be home to over 5,000 state employees within an opportunity zone. The first buildings and two-story clubhouse have been delivered and we began welcoming residents in July 2024.
Adjacent to Township 9 garden apartments and a new 1.2MM SF Class A office complex, Caption Hotel by Hyatt will be 29SC Development’s first hotel, consisting of 200-keys, luxury amenities, and a full restaurant and bar. 29SC Development is bringing on Presidio Companies, a local hotel developer in Northern California, to help facilitate the development.
